The Beginning

Wahaj Arabia was established in Amman, Jordan in 2018 with a clear mandate: to raise the standard of professional event production in the Middle East. From the outset, we focused exclusively on the B2B and institutional segment — the convenings that matter most.

Our work spans royal courts, government ministries, sovereign wealth funds, and multinational corporations operating across the Arab world. These clients share a common requirement: events where nothing is left to chance.

Over the years, we have expanded our regional operations to serve clients in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar — while maintaining Amman as the nerve centre of all planning, coordination, and creative direction.
